Shipping Insurance Requirements

Your Mail-In Kit comes with insured shipping labels. Insurance only pays out if a few simple steps are followed, so please read this before you pack your watch.

Before you pack

• Take clear photos of your watch, front and back, showing its condition. Keep them until your watch is home again.
• Make sure the value you gave me is accurate. Insurance never pays more than the declared value, and a value that is too high can cause a claim to be refused.
• If you have a receipt, appraisal or other proof of value, keep a copy.

Packing

• Use only the packaging that comes in the kit, packed the way the instructions show.
• Pack only the watch. Keep the box, papers and accessories at home.
• Do not write “watch”, a brand name or a value anywhere on the outside of the package.
• Seal the package fully with the tape provided.

Shipping

• Use the prepaid label from the kit and hand the package to the carrier shown on the label.
• Ask for a drop-off receipt and keep it until I confirm your watch has arrived.

If something goes wrong

• If the package is lost, late or arrives damaged, contact me right away at (385) 210-7548.
• Keep all packaging and the receipt. They are needed for any claim.
